About Sherwin Pather
Husband, Father, Photographer, Mentor
Capturing the moment is something I find to be the greatest privilege. What greater moment is there than when a man and his bride tie the knot or the moment when a father see’s his daughter as a bride for the very first time? These are some of life’s most special moments and some of the reasons I chose to become a photographer.
I am a Durban based portrait and wedding photographer with a passion for photography and a flare for getting the most vibrant colors and the most intimate moments out of life. I have been in the videography industry since 2004 and the photography industry since 2018.
I am a brand ambassador for Fujifilm and Godox SA as such I host photography workshops and online livestreams, training photographers and creatives on how to improve their photography skills andunderstanding light and its relationship with photography.
As a wedding photographer I have captured well over 100 weddings including Christian, Hindi, Tamil and Islamic Nikkah’s.
As a Portrait and Fashion Photographer I have worked on fashion campaigns for some of the biggest brands in SA and international brands such as Kangol.
I believe the decision you make regarding your wedding photographer will be the most critical decision as your wedding photos will be the only investment left to look back at your wedding day.

PAYMENT POLICY
With Couples in mind I have structured my packages to provide
quality media services which are budget friendly. Below you will
find packages that suit all budget groups.
To go a step further I have made allowance for my wedding couples
to split their invoice into 3 equal payments.
The first will be required to book the date. The second payment will
be required a week before the wedding and the final payment will be
required no later than a month after the wedding date.
Note that the payment plan does not apply to the Pre Wedding
Event package and the Engagement Shoot .
We offer a full refund should the event be canceled due to
unforeseen circumstances.

Did my very first maternity shoot with Sherwin Pather, he was amazing, has a warm personality and makes u feel so comfortable and he knows what he wants to get out of his images. I really enjoyed my session with him and will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended
